I'm Rachael

My mission is to guide and support people to live more mindful and meaningful lives by becoming present in important moments, letting go of stress and connecting more with the world around them.

I’ve studied psychology, coaching and meditation and I’ve been sharing my knowledge with thousands of people all over the world. I know the challenges which can arise during the journey towards mindful living, which is why I’m so excited about this Q & A Facebook Group!

With personal mentoring, accountability and a supportive community, you’ll have all the key ingredients to really embrace mindfulness and incorporate it into your own life.

Frequently Asked Questions


Will I have lifetime access to the Facebook group?

You will have access to the Facebook group for as long as you continue your membership. Think of it like a magazine subscription!
 

What if I don’t have any questions for the live session? 

You can still join and watch the live Q and As to learn more about mindfulness!
  

What if I can’t join the Facebook live session because of other commitments/time zones?

The replays will stay available in the Facebook group, so you can watch them in your own time. I’m also endeavouring to host live sessions at various times to cater for my international group members.
 

Are there any tech requirements?

All you need is the Internet and a Facebook account! 
 

What happens after I join?

Once your payment has been processed, you'll be redirected to the private Facebook group so you can request to join (and I'll approve you within 24 hours). You'll also receive an email with all the details and the link to join the Facebook group and the links to the bonus episodes of The Mindful Kind podcast.
 

What happens if i want to stop my subscription?

Just send an email straight to hello@rachaelkable.com anytime and your subscription will be cancelled within 48 hours.
