Mindfulness Apps and Life Changes
 
 
 

Hello and welcome to episode 124 of The Mindful Kind podcast about mindfulness, apps and a few life changes I've been wanting to share. 

First of all, these are the mindfulness practices I've been using regularly:

  • Mindful breathing
  • Noticing the weather and how it's changing
  • Practising yin yoga
