I'm so excited to share some glimpses into my own mindfulness practices, including mindful cooking, practicing gratitude and going on mindful adventures.
You'll pick up simple mindfulness tips, like exploring different textures and flavours of food, appreciating the world around you and paying attention to the feelings which arise as you spend time in meaningful places.
And, of course, enjoy the cuteness overload that is my dog, Moose! He's managed to get in nearly every scene;)
