HOW DOES IT WORK?

When you click the sign-up button below, you’ll see my calendar where you can book a session between 9am-5.30pm AEST (Tuesday to Thursday). After you’ve chosen a time and completed payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email from me.

We’ll meet on Skype for your session. I’ll provide a supportive space so you can share your challenges - big or small! We’ll talk about strategies you can use and create realistic goals so you can take meaningful action. And, I’ll be there to cheer you on and help you stay accountable!

Don’t stop now! By the end of our session together, you’ll have a tool-kit of effective strategies tailored to your specific challenges, mindfulness techniques to help you feel calm, and clear goals to continue focusing on.

Rachael Kable 

I'm a mindfulness and meditation teacher, writer and host of the top-rated podcast, The Mindful Kind. Having experienced stress and anxiety in my early years and learning to manage it with mindfulness techniques, I became passionate about sharing mindfulness with my community.

  Qualifications
- Bachelor of Psychological Science
- Graduate Certificate in Coaching and Counselling
- Advanced Certificate in Guiding and Teaching Meditation

 

Everything you need to know…


1: 1 session is 50 minutes.

2: Cost: $150 AUD per session. This equates to approximately $120 USD or 85 GBP.

3: I’ve worked with clients all over the world, including the U.S., Canada, India, and New Zealand. You don’t need to be located in Australia to work with me. Just be sure to select the correct timezone when you book your session!

4: At the beginning of our session together, I'll guide you through a short mindfulness practice to help you feel grounded and clear.

5: During the session, I’ll give you the space to share your challenges and we’ll talk about potential strategies to help you cope with them. You'll finish the session with clear goals for the week ahead and I'll even send you a follow-up email so you won't forget the key things we covered!

6: The Mindful Kind Coaching sessions will be held via Skype. Setting up a Skype account is free and easy - just click here for the instructions. If you need help setting up your Skype account, just send me an email at hello@rachaelkable.com

7: Appointment times are currently between 9am and 6pm from Tuesday to Thursday (AEST).
