There are some wonderful mindfulness activities to use on the weekend when you might have a bit more time. Not only are these practices great for living more mindfully, but they can help improve your overall wellbeing, too. 

These mindfulness activities include:

  • Having a mindful conversation with someone you care about (be sure to check out episode 24 of The Mindful Kind for mindful listening tips!)

  • Engage in something creative and minimise distractions

  • Spend time in nature

Here are two mindful self-care activities you can use during tough days:

  • Write down your thoughts and feelings in a journal

  • Listen to your favourite music, meditation music, or an uplifting podcast. My favourite meditation music is the True North album by Sonesence and my favourite podcast at the moment is The School of Greatness
